The 5th VIBRARch invites authors to directly submit full papers for consideration to be included in the program of VIBRArch:
• The submission period is until March 13, 2026
• In order to submit a full paper it is necessary to be registered on the UPV Open Congress System. If no registration was ever made for previous UPV scientific journals or events: UPV OCS REGISTER HERE [Link to be made available soon.]
• Communcations must be submitted online: FULL PAPER SUBMISSION HERE [Link to be made available soon.]
• Full papers must be written in English and follow the instructions in the template file, available in Microsoft Word format. Full papers length must be between 2,500 and 3,500 words, including abstract, references, figures and captions, and maximum paper length of 8 pages. These guidelines are strict: papers failing to adhere to the guidelines will be rejected without consideration of their merits.
• Only original proposals describing previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, can be submitted.
• All papers will be reviewed and classified by the Organizing Committee in accordance with the scope of the congress and its thematic areas and will be blind peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, published by UPV Press, and will be provided with a DOI number.
• Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. Accepted papers must be presented in-person (virtual or remote presentations are not allowed) and in English (which is the only official language of the conference).
